1. Orders

Our collars are pet accessories for cats. Please follow the fitting and safety guidance supplied with the product and on our Safety guide, including checking charms before each wear and supervising your cat when first using the collar. Each collar is hand-finished, so small variations between items are normal.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including our logo, images and text, belongs to us or our licensors. Our charms are generic clog-style charms and are not made by or affiliated with any shoe brand.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
